We will not send you unsolicited commercial email / correspondence. We will however communicate
with you via email to keep you updated on your translation project and changes to your account.
- When we look at trends on our website we do so in an anonymous, aggregated, fashion.
We do retain your personally identifiable information and your activities on our site
for the purposes of servicing your orders and providing you with useful statistics which are
also available to staff at Web-Translations. These statistics and the details of your orders
are considered commercial in confidence and are not disclosed to any third party except as
described below.
When you opt to use a third party checkout provider such as Google Checkout or Paypal,
we transmit information about your current order and your billing details to them so that
they may process your payment. These websites and other websites linked from Click4Translation
may have different privacy policies for you to review.
Click4Translation does not store your credit card details. Our checkout providers may
offer an option for you to do so but we cannot access this data.
Data is held in accordance with the UK Data Protection act, which means you can request its
deletion at any time and a fully inactive account will be deleted after six years.
The account details provided to you (username / password combination and/or cryptographic tokens
generated for logging in automatically from our MS Word Plugin) prevent your account from
being used by anybody else. These details are your responsibility and you must keep them secure
at all times.
