Terms and Conditions
When providing a quote, you are asked to provide specific information about your project. The quoted
price is only valid if the information provided is accurate. For example technical content such as legal
or medical documents will require a specialist and incur an extra cost. You agree to specify this and all other
information relevant to our providing service when purchasing and understand that if this information is
incorrect or incomplete, the estimated price will not be a valid representation of the final price.
We will, of course, contact you if the costs change.
Occasionally extracting the text from some document files is inaccurate. When you place your order you
will be given a count and a list of words included in the purchase you are
about to make. You agree that this list of words is the totality of the words you wish to translate.
No other words, whether they feature in the source document or not, are included
in the automatically quoted price. If you wish to translate further words these are only available at
additional cost. If you spot a discrepancy please call us, we will try other means of counting, or as
a last resort manually count the words in your document.
